You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FOREVEROMC, its parent company, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Site; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.

10. Termination

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court located in Zhejiang Province, China. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Zhejiang Province for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

For users outside of China, you agree that regardless of your location, these Terms are entered into in China and that any dispute shall be resolved according to Chinese law.

12. International Use

While we operate globally, our Site is hosted and operated from China. If you access the Site from other regions of the world with laws or requirements governing personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from those in China, please note that by providing your personal information to us, you are transferring your data to China and consent to its transfer, storage, and processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy (Link).
